Adrian Boghiu
Adrian is an expert in the field of Credits, Receivables Management and Finance. Since 1997, he has held different positions in the mobile telephone industry, within Risk, Receivables Management and Finance departments. In April 2004, he joined the EOS KSI Romania team, as General Manager alongside Georg Kovacs. Adrian is a certified accountant (ACCA) and has a double license in Economics and Engineering.

Georg Kovacs
Georg is an expert in the field of Receivables Management; he started his carrier as Operational Manager within Intrum Justitia Hungary, one of the largest receivables management companies in Europe. In 2000, Georg moved to Vodafone Hungary as the Head of the Risk Assessment Department. He developed his knowledge and expertise by switching to a different market, at Vodafone Egypt, before joining the EOS Group. Georg Kovacs initiated the EOS operations in Romania in December 2002; currently he is the General Manager.

Bogdan Rosu
Bogdan is an expert in Receivables Management, Finance and Business Development, being a graduate of Finance-Banking. He has been part of Next Capital team since 2006, at first being responsible for launching the factoring operations and then becoming the Executive Director of the Next Capital group.
Before joining the Next Capital team, Bogdan had been a Financial Manager and then a Director of Supply Chain & Logistics for Vodafone. Since 2011, Next Capital Finance has been a founding member of the Romanian Factoring Association and Bogdan its President.
