Managing Director

Adrian has over 20 years of experience in the field of Credits, Receivable Recovery and Finance. Since 1997, he has occupied different positions in the mobile telephone industry, within Credit and Receivable Recovery and Finance departments. In April 2004, he joined the EOS KSI Romania team, as General Manager alongside Georg Kovacs. Adrian is a certified accountant (ACCA) and has a double license in Economics and Engineering.

Director

Bogdan has over 20 years of experience in receivable management, finance and business development, being a graduate of Finance-Banking. He has been part of Next Capital team since 2006, at first being responsible for launching the factoring operations and then becoming the Executive Director of the Next Capital group.

Sales Manager

With a sales experience of over 12 years in the financial-banking field, of which the last 8 years as part of Next Capital, Silviu is responsible for developing and managing the client and partner portfolio.

Risk and Operations Manager

Alex has 13 years of experience within the Next Capital group and is currently managing the Risk, Operations and Legal teams. Alex has a license in Finance-Banking and the first years of professional experience were in the field of receivable management.

Financial Manager

Georgiana has over 15 years of experience in the financial field, with a master’s degree in finance at the University of Lugano, Switzerland. Before joining Next Capital team in 2006, Georgiana had worked for companies such as UBS AG, within the UBS Investment Bank and UBS Global Asset Management divisions and for companies such as KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Aviva Life Insurance.
