Bogdan Rosu is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Next Capital Finance IFN, with over 25 years of experience in risk management, commercial lending and business development.

Throughout his career, Bogdan has held leadership positions in the telecommunications, financial services and outsourcing sectors. Since 2011, Bogdan has also held the position of President of the Romanian Factoring Association, a role from which he contributes to the development of the factoring market in Romania, through information, education and promotion of factoring solutions in the entrepreneurial environment.

Arabella has over 15 years experience in the banking and financial sector, being a specialist in sales, customer relations and financial products for individuals and legal entities.

Graduate of "Ovidius" University of Constanta, developed his career within UniCredit Bank România, where he held the positions of Relationship Manager Business Customer and Senior Relationship Manager Individuals, managing extensive client portfolios and offering personalized lending and financing solutions.

With solid expertise in credit analysis and financial consulting, Arabella joined Next Capital as Senior Relationship Manager, where he contributes to the development and implementation of sales strategies for factoring and business financingIts commitment to excellence and close relationship with clients have shaped it as a trusted partner for companies seeking effective solutions to optimize cash flow.

Alexandru Zaharia is part of the team Next Capital from the beginning, playing an essential role in the development and consolidation of the company.

Currently, he coordinates the departments of Risk, Operations and Legal, contributing to optimizing internal processes and ensuring a stable financial structure for clients.

Graduate of the Faculty of Finance-Banking, Alexandru began his professional career in the field of Receivables Management, where he gained solid experience in assessing and managing financial risksOver the years, he has developed his skills in debt recovery strategies, legal compliance and financial operations management., becoming a key factor in implementing effective solutions to optimize companies' cash flow.

Georgiana Tamazlicaru has an extensive experience in the financial field, accumulated within prestigious international companies.

She holds a Master's degree in Finance. from University of Lugano, Switzerland, where he deepened his knowledge in investments, asset management and financial consulting.

Before joining the team Next Capital in 2006, Georgiana built her career working for renowned financial institutions, such as UBS AG, in the divisions UBS Investment Bank work UBS Global Asset Management, where she was involved in complex financial operations and investment strategies.
