This role is for an entry-level professional with strong logical and analytical thinking, who wants to grow into an automation engineer role by working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint) and Azure AI services to build and understand end-to-end automation solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, understand and maintain workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint Online);
• Work on Power BI related projects, understand datasets and design data visualizations and dashboards;
• Design and build custom apps using Power Apps;
• Use and maintain AI-based automation solutions built with Azure AI services, integrated into business workflows;
• Identify workflow issues, analyze root causes and implement solutions, including testing and validation of results;
• Create documentation and procedures for end users;
• Continuous improvement of work processes, with focus on quality and reliability of delivered solutions.

Requirements:

• University degree in a technical or analytical field (Cybernetics, Computer Science, Automation, Informatics, Statistics, Finance);
• Very good communication skills;
• Teamwork and sharing of knowledge;
• Continuous focus on professional development, with ability to prioritize learning according to role needs;
• Self-learning driven person, able to apply learned concepts in practice;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Microsoft Power Platform knowledge is a plus.
